Motorola Head & Body Media Kit commended by Design Week and I.D. Annual Review
Fibre’s media kit for Head & Body has been commended in the 2006 Design Week Awards and has also received an Honourable Mention in I.D. Magazine’s 2006 Annual Design Review.
Head and Body, a collaboration between Motorola and MTV, is a series of eight short mobisodes (films for playback on a mobile phone) that follow the comedic adventures of a character whose head is detached from his body. Head & Body is the first time an entertainment series has been especially created for mobile handsets on a global scale.
Fibre conceived the media kit – a “History of Headlessness” and commissioned illustrator Peter Arkle to explore the theme.
The media kit contains a specially created “cut here” red dotted line neck tattoo and the book is singer-sewn which creates a red dotted line on the cover.
